At ROJA London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original, unopened, and resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and your prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the fragrance or beauty product is in its original cellophane-wrapped packaging and place it securely in a shipping box with the original packing slip.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
